Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items and custom-made products may not be eligible for return unless specified.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at returns@remenish.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for sending the item back.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or product variation, subject to availability.
  • Items must meet the same conditions as listed in the Returns Policy.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Contact us at exchanges@remenish.com to confirm the availability of the desired replacement item.
  2. Follow the same steps as initiating a return to send back the original item.

Exchange Processing Time:

  • Once the original item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement within 3-5 business days.

Important Notes

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@remenish.com, and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
  • International Returns and Exchanges: For orders outside [Insert Country, e.g., India], additional fees and extended processing times may apply.
